Our name reflects how we work. Setting direction means choosing where to go. Trying to control every step is something else. Complex organisations cannot be managed through control alone. We help them understand what is happening, so they can make better decisions about where to go next.

We believe people and organisations can achieve more when systems, structures and leadership support their development rather than restrict it.

Yet there is often a gap between what organisations intend to achieve and what people actually experience. That gap frequently goes unnoticed, even as value is already being lost.

By looking beyond visible results, we reveal hidden connections, risks and lost value. Not to decide in advance who is right, but to help organisations make better decisions.

How we work

The mirror is the foundation of our work. With the DYRÍGO Lens, we look beyond what seems obvious and ask questions that might otherwise go unasked.

With ThinkLab, we independently investigate what is actually happening. We compare organisations' intentions and promises with available evidence, their systems and people's experiences.

Through our research and Perspectives, we share insights that help people and organisations look differently, understand more clearly and act more consciously.

We must be willing to hold up that same mirror to ourselves.
